RISMEDIA, March 15, 2011—So many would-be investors are intimidated by being a landlord. Buying an investment in your neighborhood is one, great way to mitigate the intimidation factor. Editor’s Note: Prospering in the Real Estate Revival is a weekly video column by OwnAmerica CEO Greg Rand (@gsrand on Twitter). Each week Rand will offer his expert insights into how to grow wealth in the current real estate market.
