Well, if you haven’t already, you’re about to discover that the devil is in the details. Here are a few details you should pay attention to while shooting your video.
First, what about power? If your batteries are built in, are they fully charged? If your batteries are interchangeable, are they at full power? Do you have a spare set? If you’re shooting in cold weather, remember that your battery life can be significantly shortened. If you’re planning on using an ac adaptor, do you have an extension cord?
