Todd Hetherington, CEO, and Mary Lynn Stone, President of New Millennium hosted the meeting to broadcast the strength of this campaign launched in March at the CENTURY 21 International Convention and also to provide updates on company and industry news.
David Knox, top ranked real estate industry presenter and creator of best-selling consumer video, “Pricing Your Home to Sell,” served as keynote speaker.
Last month CENTURY 21 released the Smarter. Bolder. Faster. radio, TV, and online ad campaign at their annual convention in Las Vegas. Since learning about this incredibly powerful broadcast media promotion, New Millennium has been working hard to incorporate its high energy, innovative design into their marketing efforts.
Becky Beyer, Senior Marketing Director for CENTURY 21 Real Estate presented the brand-level national campaign at this meeting. Beyer spoke about the Smarter. Bolder. Faster. radio and TV ads, Mobile Apps, listing syndication, and features of the new www.CENTURY21.com which include: location based search, enhanced photos, and auto-generation of videos for every CENTURY 21 listing to YouTube.
Knox has consistently been a top ranked presenter at the last 18 National Association of REALTORS® conventions. He has been in the real estate industry for 35 years, as a salesperson, Branch Manager, and a Training Director. David told agents how to take full advantage of the new listing and social media tools and how they impact their clients, both buyers and sellers.
Scott Becker, New Millennium’s Director of Business Development, discussed his upcoming mountain climb in Alaska with CENTURY 21 Real Estate CEO, Rick Davidson, to raise money for Easter Seals.
