RISMEDIA, April 28, 2011—Lowen Sign Company recently introduced MobiBrix Reusable QR Codes, a free QR Code and management software that allows the user full control over their codes and real estate marketing.

According to the company, MobiBrix allows the user to create a code that is tailored to specific listing pages, personal websites or social media sites. When the URL is no longer needed, the user can log-in to MobiBrix and change the URL to the code, without changing the physical appearance of the code. This means they will no longer be forced to throw away real estate signage when the QR code needs to change.

The MobiBrix management system allows users to share the managing function with other users. According to the company, this is a benefit for owners and brokers who wish to order multiple codes to distribute to their agents, who can then change the URL’s as needed. An additional benefit the company notes is an analytics graph that shows how many clicks the code has generated. Both of these features are unavailable from any other QR Code generating website.
