RISMEDIA, July 8, 2011—First Team Real Estate recently announced the grand opening of a new, state-of-the-art office in Mission Viejo. The facility features several technological innovations, including five flat screen monitors for property and community presentations. It also includes a 1,100-square foot conference and training room that will house agent educational programs and community events.

The office inauguration comes on the heels of rapid expansion by First Team and its luxury division, First Team Estates®, into new Southern California markets. The company opened eight branches beyond its home base of Orange County in 2010 and merged four smaller branches into two high-visibility locations. New locations include the luxury communities of Beverly Hills, Marina del Rey, Pasadena, Westlake and San Diego. The expansion, which came during the housing market’s downward cycle, enhances First Team ability to provide new and real-time technology-based solutions to meet evolving consumer needs.

“The new office is modeled after our premier Newport Beach office and it is absolutely beautiful,” says Larry Tait, manager of First Team’s Mission Viejo office. “It is a place where our agents will be proud to work and that creates great energy and a positive atmosphere. First Team has sold more homes in Orange County than any other brokerage in the last 10 years and the new office will allow us to keep that momentum going and better serve our South Orange County clients. It will also allow us to continue to serve our agents with the most up to date trainings, marketing and resources.”
