Top Business Coach Tina King Joins First Team Real Estate

King was a top producing real estate agent in her native Arizona and Southern California before turning to coaching, where her passion for partnering with agents to develop strategies to increase their productivity has had a profound effect at several major real estate companies.  Among her many professional accomplishments, Tina trained, coached and managed new and seasoned agents in six market centers of the Southern California regional office of Keller Williams Realty.  She also created a successful agent training program – later incorporated in the company’s national model – that boosted agent production and gross company sales by 235 percent in her first year.  Most recently, she managed, recruited, and trained agents in business development as the San Diego district director for ZipRealty.
