Prudential Network Realty REALTORS® Earn GRI Title

RISMEDIA, November 15, 2011–Three Prudential Network Realty REALTORS® were recently awarded the Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation.

 The REALTOR® Association of Northeast Florida members who completed the curriculum to achieve the highly acclaimed designation are Shannon McKinnon, Avondale office, Jane Slater, Avondale office, and Carol A. Hill, Corporate office. They join other top producers in the residential real estate industry who hold the designation across the nation.

McKinnon, Slater and Hill have earned the “Graduate REALTOR® Institute” (GRI) designation by attending a specific, intensive series of a minimum of 90 hours of classroom instruction, covering a variety of subjects including: contract law, professional standards, sales and marketing, finance, and risk reduction.

In addition, they have learned the fundamentals of brokerage and other areas of real estate specialization. With this designation and through increased awareness of current topics important to the real estate professional, such as legal issues, these REALTORS® can better serve prospective clients and customers.

Prudential Network Realty is an independently owned and operated franchise of the Prudential Real Estate Affiliates, Inc., one of the largest real estate brokerage franchise networks in North America. There are approximately 2,100 franchise offices and over 68,000 sales professionals in the franchise network in the United States and Canada. Prudential Network Realty currently ranks in the top 1 percent of all Prudential Real Estate Affiliate offices nationwide.

Since 1988, President and CEO, Linda H. Sherrer, has led a team of over 350 professional real estate agents in eight branch offices in the buying and selling of residential property throughout the Northeast Florida area. Within the past decade the company has sold over 20,000 homes valued at more than $6 billion.
