RISMEDIA, February 18, 2011—NRT LLC, one of the nation’s largest residential real estate brokerage companies, announced several executive appointments within its Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage operations in Southern California.
Betty Graham, president and chief operating officer for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Greater Los Angeles is advancing to the role of president of the Coldwell Banker Previews International division for NRT, reporting to Bruce Zipf, NRT’s president and CEO. Graham has more than 30 years of experience in the real estate profession, beginning her notable career as a top-producing agent in Malibu and later, in executive roles where she built a legendary reputation for leading and mentoring the top real estate agents in the Los Angeles market, many of whom have advanced to executive-level positions within the company. In her new position, Graham will oversee and drive greater focus on the Coldwell Banker Previews International luxury marketing program for NRT that represents much of the world’s most prestigious real estate on the market today.
Jeff Culbertson’s role has been expanded to include that of president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s combined Southern California operations, in addition to his current role as executive vice president of NRT’s Southwest Region. In Culbertson’s newly expanded role, he will lead the day-to-day operations of 46 sales offices and 3,155 sales associates in Greater Los Angeles, Orange County, Desert Resorts and Coachella Valley areas, as well as continue supporting the presidents who oversee Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s operations in Arizona and San Diego. Culbertson will relocate to Southern California and will work from the Greater Los Angeles and Orange County offices.
Robert Foster, executive vice president of sales in Greater Los Angeles has been appointed to regional chief operating officer for NRT’s Southwest Region, which includes Greater Los Angeles, Orange County, Desert Resorts, Coachella Valley, San Diego and Arizona, and report to Culbertson. Foster will directly oversee the Southwest Regional Support Center that houses marketing, finance, relocation and numerous other field support departments that interface with operations across the region.
