RISMEDIA, March 18, 2011—In a strategic technology move, RE/MAX, LLC is now syndicating property listings through a number of high-profile partners to give RE/MAX agents access to more potential home buyers and sellers and to give their listings greater visibility.
Zillow, Trulia and Homes.com are among the most-trafficked real estate websites in the industry and join a growing list of sites through which RE/MAX will be syndicating residential and commercial listings. Other potential new partners include ListHub, Frontdoor and Zoocasa in Canada.
“In an age when most consumers start their property search online, it’s critical that we deliver easy access to our listings and help consumers reach the most professional agents in the business,” said Kristi Graning, senior vice president, eBusiness and Emerging Technologies. “Our partner sites have tremendous exposure with consumers, which is one of many benefits they offer RE/MAX agents worldwide. We’re excited to see this listing syndication engine go to work.”
In addition to enhanced syndication, RE/MAX recently partnered with The Wall Street Journal online to feature RE/MAX Collection luxury properties.
As part of the Trulia partnership, announced just this week, RE/MAX agents and brokers receive partner benefits on Trulia’s hyper-local marketing and advertising solutions, Trulia Pro and Trulia Local Ads. RE/MAX agents also reap benefits and discounts through the Zillow/Yahoo! Real Estate Network and have access to the Zillow Premier Agent Program. And, Homes.com provides all RE/MAX agents with a free My Homes Dashboard to participate in the Homes.com Q&A network, manage their agent profile and create local advertising campaigns.
