Point2 has announced that 10 additional U.S. real estate associations and boards have rolled out its enterprise-level listing syndication and technology co-marketing program to their members.
According to the company, seamless systems integration with Point2 will allow brokers and agents within each organization to advertise real estate listings widely across the Internet on Point2’s network of more than 70 third party websites and search engines. The syndication can be done with a click and is free of charge, with complete control and choice over advertising destinations.
Program partners will also market the Point2 Agent real estate marketing and lead management software to their members, on a subscription basis, the company states. The platform allows users to capture and convert leads more effectively, and includes a world class website platform.
