The Realty Alliance has invited Jose Perez, founder and chief visionary of PCMS Consulting, to lead a session tackling the all important topic of what role the office manager of the future should play at their bi-annual conference in Portland, OR. In addition to this session, geared towards the owners and principals of member firms, Perez will also be presenting an idea sharing session to the group’s managing executives designed to generate strategies that will increase agent adoption of brokerages’ investment in technology.
According to the company, Craig Cheatham, President and CEO of The Realty Alliance, is committed to helping members of The Realty Alliance reinvent themselves and believes PCMS Consulting is an exceptional resource to accomplish his goal. “Jose has worked with our group in the past and has been very well received. PCMS Consulting is recognized as an industry leader and innovator and has helped facilitate breakout thinking among the best and brightest in the real estate industry… our members.”
“The real estate transaction has been commoditized and consumers have access to as much information as we do,” states Perez. “Look at what Apple, Starbucks, and Zappos have done over the past few years… it’s all about the experience. If brokerages and their agents don’t embrace technology to help deliver this experience as well as create management teams that are in tune with the expectations of the consumer, they will be left behind.”
The Realty Alliance’s bi-annual meeting is a stockholders meeting and strategy session for North America’s elite firms and is not open to the public or the media. Membership in The Realty Alliance is by invitation only.
