Point2 recently announced the rollout of four additional listing syndication and technology co-marketing programs in partnership with Barstow Association Of REALTORS® & MLS in California, REALTORS® Association of Lake & Sumter Counties in Florida, Greater Scranton Board of REALTORS® in Pennsylvania, and Reelfoot Regional Association of REALTORS® in Tennessee.
According to the firm, the implementations reflect 4,000 broker and agent association members representing over 10,000 additional real estate listings Point2 has begun to syndicate to its network of more than 60 third party consumer real estate websites, search engines and classified ad sites.
Under the program, the parties will also co-market Point2’s subscription-based real estate marketing and lead management software solutions, including Point2 Agent and Point2 Site Builder, to brokers and agents within the various associations. These solutions are designed to help real estate professionals to more effectively capture and convert leads generated through the free syndication service.
