Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate recently announced the addition of IBR Realty, a Minnesota brokerage serving St. Paul and its surrounding areas, to its growing franchise network. Now operating as Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate All Seasons, the brokerage is led by broker/owners Kevin and Linda Sharkey, who have been active in the company’s leadership since its inception 25 years ago. This marks the twelfth U.S. brokerage to join the brand’s growing network this year.

“Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate believes in innovative training methods that empower agents to be their best,” says Sherry Chris, president and CEO of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate. “Kevin and Linda Sharkey are innovators because they go beyond traditional real estate training and guide their agents in honing their business and entrepreneurial skills. As a brokerage that adheres to the philosophy of fostering entrepreneurial spirit among their agents, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate All Seasons mirrors our practice of training our agents to become leaders in the real estate industry. The franchise is a perfect addition to our network and our growth strategy in the mid-west.”

Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate All Seasons has approximately 200 agents across eight offices, three of which opened in the last 15 months in Blaine, Woodbury and Little Canada, respectively. The brokers educate each agent through one-on-one strategic sessions and offer agents the flexibility to control their own “small business” within the larger company. This business model has proven successful in professional growth and a long-standing commitment to work-life balance.

“Our agents are the most important part of our business,” says Kevin Sharkey. “In our experience, when we empower our agents to run their own business strategy with our guidance, it fosters entrepreneurialism and leads to success. As a company that has always prided ourselves on giving agents the best possible support system and services, we are excited to provide them with the innovative technology tools developed by Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate.

Linda Sharkey adds, “These exceptional tools will directly benefit our agents and enhance their competitive advantage in our market. Our agents are excited about the opportunity to be a part of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate’s national network, a brand that resonates with our clients.”
