Last week, CENTURY 21 New Millennium, one of the D.C. Metro Region’s largest and most productive real estate companies, hosted an awards gala at The Waterford in Springfield, Va. to celebrate their agents’ success across the Maryland, D.C. and Northern Virginia region.
More than 600 real estate agents and service providers from the firm’s mortgage, title, property management and relocation companies came together to receive awards and support their peers. Rick Davidson, President and CEO of CENTURY 21 Real Estate was also in attendance to honor their achievements.
More than 200 awards were presented followed by dancing until midnight.
New Millennium has had a lot of exciting changes in 2011 and already in 2012. On February 14, the company announced the opening of a new office at 1000 Pennsylvania Avenue, SE.
Two weeks prior to that, the company announced that it had merged in CENTURY 21 Associates’ branches in Columbia, Waldorf, Annapolis and Deale, Maryland, resulting in an increase of 130 agents.
“Our company’s commitment to meeting our customers’ needs through a full service real estate experience has allowed us to continue to expand, despite the recent economic downturn,” says Todd Hetherington, CEO of New Millennium.
“In 2011 we invested a lot of time working on incorporating mobile tools into our strategy to make sure that our audience has the information that they need, that we provide, at their fingertips,” says Mary Lynn Stone, President of CENTURY 21 New Millennium.
