Realty Executives International has announced that it has once again been named to Entrepreneur Magazine’s Franchise 500® list for 2013. The company ranked at number 276 worldwide for 2013 amongst heavyweight franchise peers in dozens of industries. The prestigious ranking comes on the heels of a productive franchise sales year with Realty Executives closing 75 franchise sales deals year-to-date in 2012. Only eight real estate companies were included in the 2013 ranking and Realty Executives ranked higher than five of those including ERA, Keller-Williams and Better Homes & Gardens.

The ranking is compiled annually by Entrepreneur Magazine and lists franchises in a variety of industries based on specific criteria including company objectives, financial strength and stability, growth rate and size of the franchise system and length of time franchising among other factors. More than 2,500 different franchises were considered but the 500 franchises with the highest cumulative scores were ranked in order on the general listing. This is the 20th time Realty Executives International has been named to the Entrepreneur Magazine Franchise 500® list since the firm started its franchising operation in 1973.
Helping the company achieve this feat were the 75 franchise sales deals which have been completed year-to-date. Those included three international deals, 16 start-up offices and 22 conversions of existing brokerages, among other deal types. July 2012 posted the largest franchise sales numbers with 11 deals in that month alone.
