Through a process known as “sponsoring” EXIT associates earn a 10% single-level residual paid by EXIT Realty Corp. International based on the gross commission of those real estate agents they introduce to the company and are hired. When the associate retires or decides to take time off for maternity leave, an extended vacation, etc., the 10 percent sponsoring bonus converts to a 7 percent retirement residual. And if something should happen, the agent’s family is looked after too when the residual converts to a 5 percent beneficiary benefit.
