ERA Real Estate, a leading global real estate franchisor, has recognized the first members of its newly established Hall of Fame. The most recent addition to the ERA® Awards and Recognition program, the ERA Real Estate Hall of Fame consists of companies and individuals who have consistently earned high levels of recognition for more than 10 years, and in doing so have made a clear impact on the history of the brand.

Charlie Young, president and CEO of ERA Real Estate, announced the inductees at the opening general session of the ERA 2013 International Business Conference in Austin, Texas.

“ERA Real Estate’s unique culture is predicated upon the core values of collaboration, knowledge sharing and commitment to community, values that have been consistently and passionately upheld by this year’s Hall of Fame members,” says Young. “Indeed, our Hall of Fame honorees foster, promote and uphold the ERA culture and serve as ambassadors for the brand in both their words and deeds. They are not only an integral part of the ERA community; they sustain it and ensure its growth.”

The four ERA companies recognized include:

ERA Sargis-Breen Real Estate Co.
Since joining the ERA system in 1979, ERA Sargis-Breen Real Estate has been firmly rooted in customer service and loyalty, consistently earning recognition as the Jim Jackson Memorial Award for 1ST IN SERVICE® winner in 2004 and 2006 and finalist in 1999, 2001, 2002, 2005, 2006 and 2007. Under the leadership of the late Sam Sargis and Joanne Breen, the firm has established a culture committed to excellence and integrity.

With a strong tradition of professional development and training, the company played a critical role in elevating the profession from a part-time pursuit to a serious career.

ERA Woody Hogg & Associates
ERA Woody Hogg & Associates has been part of ERA Real Estate for more than 35 years; during that time the company has sold more than a billion dollars in residential real estate. Repeatedly honored as one of the top 50 ERA offices in the country, the company fosters the professional development of its sales associates. In 1997, the firm was named a finalist for the Gene Francis Memorial Award for Top All-Around Company.

Through the years, the company has been nationally recognized for its support of the Muscular Dystrophy Association, and has been consistently recognized as a top ERA fundraiser, earning the Ed Bilinkas Memorial Award in 1995 and finalist honors in 1996, 1997, 1998, 2008 and 2010.

ERA Neubauer Real Estate
Tom and Margaret Neubauer joined the ERA family in 1977 and quickly became early adopters of ERA’s innovative tools and technology solutions. Consistently a top 50 company, ERA Neubauer Real Estate was recognized as a Gene Francis Award finalist in the early ‘80s, leading to Tom’s appointment to the ERA Real Estate National Advisory Council.

The company was twice recognized as ERA Real Estate’s top all-around company, earning the Gene Francis Memorial Award in 1994 and 2002. In addition, the firm has earned top honors in customer service as a Jim Jackson Company Award winner, as well numerous company and agent performance awards.

ERA Kepple Keene
Louisville firefighters Don Kepple and Danny Keene blazed a path in real estate after joining the ERA system in 1977, quickly earning recognition as a Top 50 company, a status they sustained for many years. In 1997, the firm was named winner of the Gene Francis Memorial Award for Top All-Around Company and earned finalist honors in 2007.

In addition, in 1998, ERA Kepple Keene was also named finalist for the Jim Jackson Memorial Award for 1ST IN SERVICE. Firm believers in the value of collaboration, Kepple and Keene participated in the network through training and on-boarding companies new to the ERA system.
