Top North Orange County and Inland Empire Agents Recognized at Prudential California Realty Awards Event

awardsRISMEDIA, May 9, 2013–Celebration was in the air at Eagle Glen Golf Course in Corona, Calif., as Prudential California Realty, North Orange County and the Inland Empire’s #1 Real estate Company, hosted its annual awards event on Thursday, April 18. Following yet another incredible year of sales in 2012, Prudential celebrated the success of its top agents by honoring them with Prudential’s most prestigious awards.

“We are thrilled to be recognizing the incredibly hard work of our agents last year,” said Prudential California Realty Co-Owner and President Rich Cosner. “Our fantastic group of over 600 professionals had a huge role in Prudential’s eleventh place ranking nationwide!”

As sales leaders in the real estate industry, Prudential’s top-selling agents were celebrated for their outstanding special achievements in 2012.  Prudential proudly presented the PREA 100 Award to agents in the Top 100 of over 47,000 agents nationwide.   PREA 100 recipients included The Geronsins of Anaheim Hills, Betty and Juhee in Fullerton, and The Edie Israel Team of Yorba Linda. The 10 Year Legend Award was presented to The Kristen Fowler Group, The Tom Tennant Group, and Stephanie Francoeur.  Karyn Schonherz of Anaheim Hills received the 20 Year Legend Award, honoring her for earning the Chairman’s Circle Award for 20 consecutive years.

Numerous Prudential California Realty sales professionals were recipients of the prestigious Chairman’s Circle Diamond, Platinum and Gold Awards for 2012. These awards acknowledge residential sales professionals who exemplified exceptional sales measure for the year.

Chairman’s Circle Diamond award winners, agents in the top ½ of one percent of Prudential agents in the nation: The Geronsins, Betty and Juhee, The Edie Israel Team, and Darryl Jones.

Chairman’s Circle Platinum award recipients, agents in the top 1% nationwide: The Kristen Fowler Group, Brett Bruce & Jen Smude, Karen Fenn, Chris Mckeen & Associates, The Tom Tennant Group, The Ede Costa Team, and Team Dunn.

Chairman’s Circle Gold award winners, agents in the top 2% nationally: The Adam & Eric Team, The Fry Team The Ervin Team, Ruben Hernandez, Aaron Mills & Robert Loughran, Marni Jimenez, Karyn & Kim Schonherz, Stephanie Francoeur, The Campion Team, Terrie Andrews, Clay Kilbarger, Tamara Eckenrod, Lisa Martin & Catherine Houston, and The Kathy McCarthy Team.

In addition, more than 100 North Orange County and Inland Empire sales associates were recognized for achieving Prudential Real Estate’s President’s Circle, Leading Edge and Honor Society Awards, honoring agents in the top 3 percent, 7 percent and 10 percent in the nation, respectively.

To conclude the outstanding celebration, Prudential gathered all attendees outside and held its First Quarter Mercedes Giveaway drawing as part of the company’s Mission 1000 program. Winner Rene Rustice from the Prudential Corona office drove away in her new Mercedes E Class.
