As we continue through 2013, what are you most looking forward to in your respective market(s)?
Growth in per-agent productivity. The people at the top have really made some huge leaps, but now we’re seeing some of the newer agents come in and get some traction. We’re bringing in a lot of young, talented agents and a few dedicated veterans who made it through the recession. Everyone in our office is willing to share their successes and failures in order to help each other grow. They all take pride and ownership in the company and I encourage that. I don’t see it as my company, I see it as our company, and it wouldn’t be anything without them.
