How do you remain a market expert?
By being well known for getting homes sold in a market where that doesn’t happen. It also takes a great deal of marketing and positioning. We spend as much time on the financial side of the sale, negotiating and reasoning, as we do on pricing it to begin with. We try to take the emotion out of the sale and focus instead on the reason why the client wanted to buy or sell in the first place.
How do you stay informed on the industry?
I am a member of many excellent networks that really help me connect with and stay on top of the industry. I also subscribe to many of the top industry publications.
How do you maximize your online presence?
We have built up an excellent site: www.knoxcountyohio.com. All of our sites and ads drive traffic to our website. We also make sure visitors don’t just look at one house; instead, we have it set up so they can view groups of houses.
