Repetition. “When it comes to communication, my motto is: Say it. Say it again. And go ahead and repeat yourself,” says Ramirez. Best tip for running a successful meeting: Have an agenda. In addition, make sure everyone is prepared by clearly defining what needs to be accomplished before the meeting.
