Let’s start with open houses. Holding an open house is a wonderful opportunity to showcase a listing and get, face to face with potential buyers and sellers. All of your marketing is designed to get people to call or email you. In this case we are cutting out the call and getting right to the appointment.
According to NAR, 45% of buyers used an Open House in their home search. Put out as many signs and balloons as you can and take advantage of social media sites like Facebook and Twitter to market the open house.
