How do you continue to have fun in real estate?
By being involved in the industry and the community. Being a part of the community really keeps my energy up. I mentor my team and help individuals find their clarity of vision as it relates to buying or selling or renting a house. I lead classes, coach clients and do a great deal of work in the community. I feel as though I am making a difference this way. If I give of my time this way, I will be successful financially, but the primary drive is to help people achieve their goals, solve their issues and ease their pain. And one of my biggest passions is volunteering at Habitat for Humanity.

What do you do that makes you stand out in the industry?
I don’t believe that we do anything that is drastically different from other brokers and agents, but we do take it to a different level, and that’s why we stand out. Our culture is positive. We focus on the solutions, not the problems. Our goal is to work and support each other as a team, and when we decide to do something, we are committed to it and do it with all of our enthusiasm.
