In our experience, both at realtor.com® and Top Producer®, we have lots to offer in terms of paid products, free solutions, training and applications. At one time we would end a phone call by sending out a link so that everything we thought an agent might want to use was available simply by clicking on the various links we provided.
What happened was that the email was opened, likely it was appreciated, but because there was so much to choose from, not much action took place. They were simply overwhelmed. Worse, the really important steps that would have most benefitted the agent were lost in the confusion. Simple things like getting their recommendations published on their profile they already own. Or correcting their published phone number used to capture online leads “on the road” when the customer was in the mood to talk.
