Paragon, a boutique firm in San Francisco, was looking for a comprehensive mobile solution in one of the nation’s most competitive and technology-focused real estate markets. The four Sutton offices, which are part of a major real estate franchise in Canada, chose Imprev technology in order to compete better in attracting top talent. Start-up brokerage ONE Sarasota, with just five agents, was able to afford its own custom Marketing Center solution.

Dadurka notes that its new Mobile Marketing Dashboard goes beyond a “white label” solution and features all custom content created to Paragon’s specifications—including custom property websites and a broad array of digital and print materials. This will allow Paragon to deliver brand consistency across all of its customer touch points.

For four major Canadian Sutton Group offices – Sutton Group-Summit Realty Inc., Sutton West Realty Inc., Sutton Group Classic Realty and Sutton Group-Old Mill Realty Inc.—enhanced marketing capabilities for its sales people and recruiting for the brokerages were the top motivating factors.
