What action steps are you taking now to stop you from:

1. Getting to work on time
2. Calling people back
3. Initiating lead generation

The next time you get an idea, trust yourself, don’t hesitate, just take action. If you take action right away, you will be riding the wave of energy that created the idea in the first place. The action will seem easy and effortless. I call that “inspired action.”

The key is to work into it with baby steps. For example, if you’ve been ignoring your exercise, then perhaps a good start for you means taking 10-minute walks throughout the day.

What can you add or subtract from your schedule that will rejuvenate you and increase your personal production capacity? Does that mean getting more sleep? Does it mean exercising more? Does it mean changing your food habits? Please take a close look at what this means for you.

You could have the right mindset, and the right action steps, but still be sabotaging yourself by not attending to your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual needs. The trick is to find the balance in your life that works for you. Here’s a tip: if you have moments of joy throughout your day, then you’re probably on the right track.
