Realtor.com Integrating RealSatisfied Client Recommendations into Find-a-Realtor Profiles

Realtor.com®, recently announced that REALTORS® can now integrate their RealSatisfied client recommendations into their Find-a-Realtor® profiles using the free HyperSocial™ Tools available on realtor.com®.

“We’re thrilled to be the first major online real estate platform to offer this capability, which benefits both REALTORS®and consumers,” says Ernie Graham, senior director of product management for realtor.com®. “This integration will help consumers make better decisions when selecting a real estate agent to help them buy or sell a home. REALTORS® no longer have to do the extra legwork of combining client recommendations online.”

RealSatisfied is a service measurement platform designed exclusively for the real estate industry. The platform sends customer satisfaction surveys to both home buyer and seller clients on behalf of REALTORS® at the close of transactions. Before the integration, consumers could only review survey results on social media channels, but they can now easily access this information on realtor.com®.

The tools include easy-to-use widgets for REALTORS® to publish client recommendations on their own websites. These recommendations can be enhanced with pictures, video and other social features powered by the HyperSocial Tools on realtor.com®. “We strongly encourage all Realtors® to claim their realtor.com® profiles and take advantage of our free HyperSocial Tools,” Graham says.
