Pillar To Post, one of North America’s largest home inspection franchises, added 11 new franchises during the months of June and July, the company has announced. The company is on track to meet its goal of 75 new locations by the end of 2013.
“We are excited and humbled to have witnessed such growth this year,” says Dan Steward, president and CEO of Pillar To Post. “With almost 50 new franchise locations launched in 2012, we are happy to now serve more communities across the country. Pillar To Post continues to recruit ambitious, qualified franchisees to help us grow our company and be of service to their local real estate community.”
The new Pillar To Post franchise owners include David Fields in Atlanta; Tonya Antonoevich in Charleston, S.C.; Randy Goodwin in Kansas City, Mo.; Mark Scaparo in Richmond, Va.; Eric Stone in Los Angeles; Michael Pillion in Somerset County, N.J.; Sam Grasso in Kissimmee, Fla.; John Greer in Florence, Ala.; Jeff Huddleston in Bowie, Md.; and Gary Hayes and Pat Cosentini, who will each operate individual franchises in Baltimore.
“The housing recovery is strengthening,” says Steward. “Some of our newest franchise owners are doing three home inspections a day this summer. We expect these volumes to continue well into fall; expanding our franchise footprint across North America will help keep up with the demand for professional home inspectors.”
