Carrington Property Network (CPN), an exclusive national network of leading residential real estate brokerage firms and a division of the corporately owned and operated national brokerage Carrington Real Estate Services (US), LLC (Carrington), recently announced that it has selected and licensed brokerages across four states since its launch in November 2012. CPN was created by its parent company, Carrington Holding Company, to complement the traditional resale and relocation services provided by residential brokerage companies with best-in-class institutional real estate services. CPN empowers brokerages to maximize their business opportunities and facilitates their participation in the distressed property market.
Current CPN members include Prudential Select Properties of St. Louis, Prudential Indiana Realty Group of Indianapolis, Gardner REALTORS® of New Orleans, Prudential Detrick Realty of Tulsa, OK and Prudential Alliance Realty of Oklahoma City.
“Based on the success of our broker network model, we have accelerated the reach of CPN to include the states of Washington, Minnesota, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Oregon, Idaho, Tennessee, Wisconsin, Kentucky, New Mexico, Michigan, Missouri, Kansas and parts of California,” says Carrington Real Estate Services President Steve DiUbaldo. “We fully expect to have CPN represented in these states with leading brokerage members in place before the end of third quarter 2013.”
Member brokerages have access to Carrington’s institutional real estate services as well as REO listings, short sale leads, investor buyers, property management and BPO fulfillment services. To qualify, firms must be ranked among the top five in their market in terms of transactions and sales volume, and have the infrastructure in place to manage institutional business.
