A strong training platform holds value for every brokerage. In one vein, it’s important for real estate agents to stay ahead of trends and adapt to industry and market changes to maximize their business. In another, it’s important to the brokerage’s culture and growth for its agents to understand the value their company or brand offers them through tools, knowledge and resources to help them succeed.
Here, three strategic leaders from the Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate franchise network weigh in on the advantages the affiliated brand’s training platform offers their business.

With Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, agents are offered a diverse set of hands-on training classes. These include interactive and self-paced webinars that are housed on the brand’s intranet, the Greenhouse, and easily accessible to its network of brokers and agents. Through a variety of training options, our agents have the ability to choose the classes most beneficial to them, while the platform provides management the opportunity to see what training programs are being accessed most frequently by their agents, along with their progression. While some agents prefer the in-person, classroom-style setting, many opt for self-paced online classes. It’s empowering, as well as a great recruiting push to have both options available to access high quality, ever-evolving content.
