As a broker, I appreciate that my agents are continually offered new training courses that are convenient and relevant to our business. These classes not only inform through subject matter experts both within and outside of the brand, they allow our agents to interact and share best practices with other Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate agents across the country, which is a very valuable aspect of being part of a franchise network.
In our office specifically, we get together to watch webinar sessions as a team. We then have a roundtable discussion with experienced heavy hitters and new agents to share their thoughts and experiences as they relate to the webinar topics. By participating in the webinar as a group, we have the opportunity to idea share and maximize the session’s value.
