With a predominantly Chinese client base, some of Lee’s clients are buying from abroad in order to diversify their real estate portfolios, while others are stateside, looking at the San Diego market for a possible new home. With English as a second language for most, Lee finds RPR’s reports and graphs easy to present to her buyers, highlighting numbers and trends in ways that her clients can quickly understand.
Additionally, Lee uses RPR to provide clients who aren’t familiar with the San Diego area with general zip code information—crime rates, neighborhood info, school district info, etc. She uses RPR almost daily, having sent 150 reports to clients in the past month alone.

“NAR and RPR have done a really good job developing this product and I really enjoy it. There are a lot of local MLSs adopting RPR and I’m a big advocate of members using the tools that are readily available to all of us,” she says. “And I cannot stress how easy it is to use.”
