• Listing Photos: Post unique areas and amenities of your property listings and enhance with Instagram’s filters. Add a description, call to action and hashtags specific to the area and neighborhood. The challenging part about Instagram is that links aren’t clickable. So make sure you have a link to your website in your Instagram profile, which IS clickable.

• Property Videos: Record a quick 15-second video of your property by highlighting the big selling points like the modern kitchen, backyard or master bath. Make it a video series and post these “teaser” videos every few days with different aspects of the home and even the neighborhood as well.

• Enhance with Filters: there are tons of filters and frames that bring even more life to your photos and videos.
