Q: As the use of video becomes more widely used in the real estate industry, how can professionals ensure they’re not left behind?
A: “We’re in the same place websites were years ago when agents were told, ‘Well, now you have to have a website or you’re not in the business seriously,’” says John Paul Lewis, director of media production at Keller Williams International. “Eventually, we’ll be saying the same thing about video if we aren’t already.”
The biggest video hurdles for most real estate professionals include getting started, creating content and adopting new marketing strategies.
