“At the end of the day, it’s all about leadership,” added Scott. “Leadership at a regional level, and at a branch level. It’s about getting the right person in the right job. And things will not look like what they looked like yesterday.”
While focused on moving forward and investing wisely, Levent echoed the sentiment of the panel: “The challenge is not to fall into the same traps we did in the past, where every day we were trying to find new things to spend money on because we wanted to roll out something new and look special to agents. There’s so much we already have on the table. Take what you have, repackage it a little, but don’t fall into the trap of always rolling out something new.”
