RISMEDIA, October 25, 2013–Prudential Select Properties, a provider of residential real estate services to the Greater St. Louis area, has announced the signing of a contract with RealBiz Media Group, a real estate digital media and technology company, in order to obtain a MicroVideo App (MVA) for their agents to use.
Prudential Select will be the first brokerage of Prudential to deploy a content distribution network hosted listing video microsite for every qualifying listing in their local MLS.
“We’re really excited about our partnership with RealBiz Media,” said Max Havens, marketing manager at Prudential Select Properties. “Having unique web pages with video for each agent’s listings will help set our agents apart from the competition.”
The RealBiz Media Group MVA platform that Prudential Select Properties will implement encompasses the next evolution in search engine marketing. Providing fully interactive, free-standing video microsites that optimize search engine optimization (SEO) and video SEO to Prudential Select’s website, the MVA tool fits Prudential Select’s goal of becoming less dependent on purchasing ads through Google.
“We are thrilled to be working with Prudential Select Properties,” said Steve Marques, President and Chief Operating Officer of RealBiz Media Group. “As early adopters, Prudential Select’s application of RealBiz Media Group video puts them at the vanguard of the video revolution in real estate marketing, and they will benefit greatly from our platform. Ultimately, we expect our MVA and video tools to be a key industry product that will be in use on more than 2 million listings by the end of 2013.”
Prudential Select will integrate the MVA platform onto each listing of their website. A prominent video tab on each property’s listing page links visitors to the listing’s MVA, which is both web and mobile optimized. An email is sent to the listing agent containing a link to the MVAs, creating a seamless marketing asset that can be promoted and shared across all online and social platforms with no need for revision.
“We understand the importance of organic search results,” said Gary Lombardo, Chief Operations Officer of Prudential Select Properties. “Fighting for organic search results is a more sustainable strategy than bidding for key words and paying for search engine ads. RealBiz has designed the MVA platform from the ground up incorporating video SEO techniques with traditional SEO best practices, allowing the platform and connected website to be indexed and ranked much higher by search engines.”
“Building a search engine optimized video layer is only half of the equation,” Lombardo continued. “We are all looking for ways to differentiate ourselves from competitor websites, and the best way to do this is to provide unique content. With the help of RealBiz Media Group, we are going to create listing and community video content with the understanding that the value of unique content to search engines will help set us apart and move us up in search results.”
“The MVA platform will show our agents that they can rely on us to provide them with good quality leads for their listings,” said Lombardo.
