ERA Real Estate, a global real estate franchising leader, has announced the affiliation of RE/MAX North Properties in the greater Chattanooga area. With one office and 20 agents, the firm will now do business as ERA Blue Key Properties.

Led by Sheila Shipley and her son Aaron Shipley, ERA Blue Key Properties serves the growing Chattanooga region which is widely known for its recent riverfront redevelopment initiative as well as its commitment to sustainability, walkability and livability. Last year, the residential brokerage serving Tennessee and Georgia was responsible for $55 million in total sales volume.
