(MCT)—Actress Drew Barrymore and her husband, art consultant William Kopelman, have sold the Montecito, Calif., estate where they were wed for $6.35 million.
The 1937 traditional-style house sits on more than two acres with mature trees, an expansive lawn and a cupola-topped guesthouse. A gravel motor court leads to the brick entry terrace of the 6,258-square-foot house. Features include a wood-floored foyer, a paneled living room, a library-study, six bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms.
Barrymore, 38, gained recognition for her role as Gertie in “E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial” in 1982. She’ll star next year in “The Familymoon” with Adam Sandler. Among her credits are “Big Miracle” (2012), “He’s Just Not That Into You” (2009) and the “Charlie’s Angels” films (2000 and 2003).
The actress bought the property in 2010 for $5.705 million. She is expecting her second child.
