According to Fishman, having an online video presence has helped her not only win business, but win the right business.
“I want good quality buyers and sellers, people who I enjoy working with,” Fishman says. “When people watch my video…they know if they’re going to enjoy working with me.”
Agents are also finding success with online neighborhood and property tour videos, which serve as proof of what agents are capable of selling, even after the homes have sold.
“If you do a print advertisement, it lasts only as long as that print advertisement lasts, but if you do a video, it lasts on the Web forever,” says Fishman. “Our property tours stay on the website, but are marked as having already closed, providing a great way to continue to show what I’ve done without having the listing still be active.”
