“Being able to combine the vast amount of data into a single report allows agents to look a lot more professional and knowledgeable. And presenting that to the consumer really kicks up our game, so to speak. It makes us look more knowledgeable, because we are more knowledgeable.”
Bokros goes on to say that many buyers today believe an agent is unnecessary, and that the DIY generations think they can find all the information they need on their own. RPR completely shuts down the idea of an inconsequential agent, says Bokros.
Showing them that you, the agent, have access to information not available to the public is invaluable.
“Our clients are impressed by the amount of information delivered, and because all of the RPR reports are customizable, it looks like I have spent a great amount of time on them.
“When our agents look into RPR and see what’s available, they’re pumped, because not a whole lot of others are utilizing it,” concludes Bokros. “In fact, a lot of our agents are joking that we should keep RPR on the down-low so it keeps putting us ahead!”
