IREM to Launch National Job Shadow Initiative
Expanding its already aggressive efforts to promote real estate management careers and attract a pool of new talent to the field, the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®) is set to launch a nationwide job shadow initiative to connect industry practitioners in their respective workplaces with high school, community college and university students. The program will launch from Feb. 3 to 7, with a second week of intensive job shadow activities slated for Sept. 15 to 19.
