Under her management, the office and sales associates have won numerous sales achievement awards.
Schmidt also gained extensive marketing and sales experience early in her career while working with several retail operations as a store manager, and as a promotions manager responsible for all advertising, event production and visual merchandising.
Holding her broker’s license for nearly 15 years, Schmidt is a member of the Realtors® Association of York and Adams Counties, where she served as past chair of the Keys to the City event and Bowl-a-thon fundraising event. She has also served on many other committees including the MLS, Leadership and Development and Professional Standards Committee.
