Keith Robinson has been appointed chief operating officer and Rich Casto has been appointed chief strategy officer of Better Homes and Gardens Mason-McDuffie Real Estate, according to Ed Krafchow, CEO and chairman of the board.
Prior to this, Robinson held the position of executive vice president for three years with the company. He is responsible for the daily operations of the 29-office company. He is a seasoned leader, former top producing agent, and sought after national trainer.
After an eight -year absence from the company, Casto rejoined in June of 2012 as regional manager of the San Francisco-Cathedral Hill and Valencia Street offices. Prior to this, Casto ran Casto & Company, a consulting, coaching and training company for the real estate industry. Casto was associated with Mason-McDuffie from 1999 to 2003, where he led the company’s expansion into the Sacramento market.
