Focusing on the incorporation of video in all aspects of their corporate and agent marketing efforts, Alain Pinel REALTORS® (APR) has recently partnered with VScreen, a leading Internet video marketing agency and production studio, to complete eight regional videos highlighting the areas where APR serves. Included is a video that features the entire Bay Area, as well as seven regional videos – Silicon Valley, The Peninsula, San Francisco, The East Bay, Marin, Wine Country, and The Monterey Bay Area.

Having opened an office in Tahoe at the end of 2012, the firm will also be releasing a Tahoe video shortly. Later this year, the firm will also debut 40+ community videos that target specific cities, documenting the lifestyle and attributes that make each neighborhood unique.

The videos were showcased at APR’s 2013 Innovation Expo, held on March 18th at the Crowne Plaza hotel in Foster City. This exclusive event offered insight on the latest innovative trends in the industry. The Innovation Expo brought together APR sales associates, brokers, staff and managers and featured fantastic speakers, strategic vendor partners, and network opportunities. The event focused on the importance of visual and interactive marketing and the synergy which occurs at the intersection of photos, video, mobile and social, and how APR sales professionals can use these elements to strengthen their online marketing presence.
