Tennis Champ Serves Up California Condo
Tennis champ Serena Williams has sold her Westwood condo. Williams bought the condo in 2001 for $1.274 million, and sold it at a gain for $1.755 million. This is small change for tennis superstar Williams, whose tennis earnings have raked in over $40 million. She currently holds the impressive ranking of No. 1 female player in the world, a title given to her by the Women’s Tennis Association.
Williams’ former two-bedroom unit spans more than 2,400 feet, with city views, 3.5 bathrooms, a fireplace and a direct-access elevator. The condo is located in the Wilshire Corridor building, constructed in 2001, and includes concierge service, a valet, a gym, pool and spa.
