Craig Schaid, residential and investment specialist in Montgomery, Ala., uses RPR in client meetings on a weekly basis and finds it to be an engaging tool for both the buyer and the seller.
“RPR helps me educate my sellers by showing them what their place is worth in the current market so we can settle on a price,” says Schaid. “When they see the numbers, it gives them faith in me, the agent.
“When it comes to working with buyers, I pull up RPR so they can see what similar homes are going for, and then they are reassured and excited about their deal.”
Not only does RPR help Schaid educate his clients as to the realities of the current market, it also makes it obvious that he has done his homework, especially as consumers continue to do their own research before even meeting with an agent. “I can walk into a meeting with a client who thinks they have done their due diligence, but when I show them my RPR research, it really impresses them and provides validity for me as the professional,” says Schaid. “This is stuff they can’t find on their own.”
Schaid explains that the in-depth reports make it seem as if he has done an extensive amount of research, when in reality, RPR has done the work for him. This saves him time and effort, and now all that’s left for him to do is show it off.
“Not only are the numbers and analysis correct, but across the board, the reports are pleasing to the eye,” adds Schaid. “They are really colorful and the pictures look great. Overall, the wow factor is fantastic.”
