(MCT)—Actress Drew Barrymore and her husband, art consultant William Kopelman, have listed the Montecito estate where they were wed at $7.5 million.
The 1937 traditional-style house sits on more than two acres with mature trees, lawns and a cupola-topped guesthouse. A gravel motor court leads to the brick entry terrace of the 6,258-square-foot house. Features include a foyer with staircase, a paneled living room, a library-study, six bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms.
Barrymore, 38, gained recognition for her role as Gertie in “E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial” in 1982. Among her film credits are “Big Miracle” (2012), “50 First Dates” (2004) and “Charlie’s Angels” (2000).
The actress bought the property last year for $5.705 million.
