How do you use technology to better serve your clients?
While face-to-face interaction is the missing link today, social media—Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.,—is also an important tool. Technology shouldn’t be the only way you stay in touch with clients though. You have to pop-by and see them on a regular basis. This mix of personal contact helps sharpen the effectiveness of the technology.
What is your strategy for closing a client to get into a transaction?
Get them into the office, and get that commitment. Not only must you be able to talk about your value with clients, you also have to be able to show them. People can find houses on their own, so it’s crucial to present your unique value from the get-go.
