Where does your market stand in terms of the real estate recovery?
The Fort Lauderdale market has changed dramatically over the last few years. While we were experiencing a glut a few years ago, we’re now dealing with an inventory that is below the needs of our consumers. That being said, I’m very excited about the opportunities that are present in today’s market.
How are you working to keep consumers educated about the opportunities available today?
Educating consumers begins when an agent first meets with a prospective buyer. Our agents take the time to listen to their clients and understand their wants and needs so that they can identify potential properties. Once this initial connection is made, the agent will then research within the MLS and/or any other source where this inventory can be found and then convey those listings over to the prospect.
