Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate recently announced it has expanded its franchise presence in Virginia with the addition of Native American Group Realty. Under the continued leadership of broker and owner Susan Jenkins, the brokerage will now do business as Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Native American Group, serving the Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Smithfield, Hampton, Newport News, Gloucester and Williamsburg areas.
“Susan Jenkins is a remarkable leader whose passion for real estate drives her to educate agents and brokers within and outside of her brokerage to improve the local real estate market,” says Sherry Chris, president and CEO of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate LLC. “Our brand strongly values the notion of idea-sharing to help move the industry forward, so we are thrilled to be aligning with this firm that advocates so strongly for the betterment of its community.”
As a local leader in selling bank-owned/government-owned properties and promoting HUD advocacy, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Native American Group works closely with government agencies, asset companies, banks, and local communities to help strengthen the local housing market and create homeownership opportunities. Jenkins frequently teaches continuing education classes on these topics for local real estate professionals through the local real estate board at the Alpha College of Real Estate.
